Hygienic Materials

Copper is antimicrobial. It gets used in some hospitals for things like railings to reduce treatment resistant hospital acquired deadly infections.

I would like this used in a few places, like the front door knob, to reduce problems.

Cedar is mold resistant and is a good material to use in damp areas -- like bathrooms -- or storage spaces.

I prefer to not have closets at all, but cedar shelving or something like that is potentially a low maintenance, hygienic alternative.
